We give customers the opportunity to return or exchange items within 90 days.
Please note that for a full refund items must be in their original condition and not show any signs of wear.
We recommend trying only one item until you are sure about your purchase.
We cover the cost for returns from Germany, for international returns see below.
Please send items back with the filled out returns form that came with your order, as well as the customs, return-form, that is needed so your parcel will clear German customs.
Place the returns form in the parcel, and the customs return form well visible on the outside of the parcel. Please do this even if your local postal service makes you fill out a separate customs form.
If you can’t find your return forms, please contact us by either filling in the contact form or sending an e-mail to hello@kushel.de, letting us know your order number and whether you would like to exchange or return the item(s).

Once returns reach us, we aim to process them within approximately 5 working days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we currently aren’t able to offer free postage for international returns. If you decide to exchange an item, we are happy to cover the cost of the delivery of the new item.
Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.
